Bannockburn Cultural Centre - 12th July 2025 - 10 to 5pm

All welcome to a day of creativity and local environmental awareness workshops, facilitated by local BOP artists! Come learn how to create a print, take some home and leave one behind to contribute to a community artwork based on our rare wildflowers in the Brisbane Ranges.

- Linocut making -Inspired by local wildflowers!

Come and learn linocut and produce a linocut (form of stamp) inspired by our local wildflowers. The combination of wildflower linocuts will form a community artwork and you can take home a print for yourself too. All material supplied, great for kids and adults from 8+ with adult supervision. Free to attend! Due to demand we are asking everyone to book in for this session. There will be 10am, 12.30pm and 3pm times. Please book via the workshops page HERE

- REWILD seed balls

Come and learn how to create and make your own seed balls, a great way to rewind our urban environments. Make your own and then plant them in your garden to create your own wildflower haven and rewind our local environment. Free event, great for all ages.

- KIDS zone

For the little dudes that are not big enough to participate in the other activities, we will have several creative activities to keep them happy, Free event.

- Best practice in the bush

Local environmental group "Friends of Brisbane Ranges" will provide information for best bush practice. Free event

- Miniature Wildflower painting workshops

Attend a workshop and paint flowers on mini things! each person will have a choice of ceramic and clay mini kitchen objects. $10 each to cover the cost of the materials. All paint, brushes and mini objects are provided. Please book online HERE
