Aphra is a painter who usually creates semi abstract large scale canvases. She draws inspiration from the natural world, and the minute of domestic life. She undertook a Fine Art (Painting) degree in the 2000s and has subsequently exhibited at fourtyfivedownstairs gallery, Flinders Lane and most recently at The Gordon Gallery. Aphra has lived in Inverleigh with her husband Mark who is also an art teacher, and kids since 2013. She loves the Leigh River and surrounds and looks forward to more recognition of the region's Waddawurung ancestry.
Funded by the Berrybank Windfarm Grant, this workshop forms part of the project - 'The Exhibition of Tiny Art' that will take place in Inverleigh in May, 2026
